I know it can be difficult to seek out therapy and find a therapist who feels safe and welcoming. I get it because I have been on your side. In therapy, we will create a space for you to be seen and heard without judgment. Honestly, I will accept all of you, even the parts that you hide in fear or embarrassment. You are welcome to freely explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with me. I believe that you are the expert of your own existence. I will be here to support you and guide you with gentle curiosity towards an increased self-connection.
I approach therapy from the perspectives of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I also use principles from Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
